Optical device is become the interesting tool which can be involved in various applications. The use of such device has been investigated in many areas, for instance, E/O (electrical/optical) and O/E(optical/electrical) signal converters, optical signal processing, optical sensor, optical communication and medicine, etc. has been realized.
