About the Editor:
Dr. Jukka P. Matinlinna is associate professor in dental materials science at the University of Hong Kong. His main field of activity, in addition to undergraduate and postgraduate dental teaching, is dental biomaterials with regard to adhesion and system simulations, with special focus on contemporary dental biomaterials in prosthetic dentistry and implant dentistry; silane chemistry; adhesion promotion; saliva chemistry; dentin bonding; porcelain and resin bonding to zirconia, other ceramic materials, and Ti; experimental primers and resins; E-glass fiber–reinforced restorations; and finite element analysis (FEA). Since 2004 he has contributed to more than 200 publications and has been a member of editorial boards of several scientific journals.
