Elaine M. Khan

Elaine M. Khan, PhD, is the Chief of the Water Toxicology Section, Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), California Environmental Protection Agency, USA. She earned her PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of California at Davis and has published over a dozen articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and reviewed numerous risk assessment documents. Dr. Khan is a member of the Society of Toxicology and the Federal-State Toxicology Risk Analysis Committee.
