
George V. Alexeeff
George V. Alexeeff, PhD, is the Director of the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), California Environmental Protection Agency, USA, where he has managed chemical risk assessment programs for over 20 years. He is an adjunct professor in the Department of Environmental Toxicology, University of California at Davis (UCD). He earned his PhD in pharmacology and toxicology from UCD and is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology. He is a current member of the U.S. EPA Science Advisory Board and has served on CDC and NRC committees. Dr. Alexeeff has numerous publications in the fields of toxicology and risk assessment.
