Lajos P. Balogh

Lajos P. Balogh, PhD, is the editor-in-chief of a fully open access professional journal, Precision Nanomedicine, the official journal of CLINAM, the European Foundation for Clinical Nanomedicine, and also serves as the executive editor of ManuscriptClinic.us for the betterment of scholarly publications in nanomedicine. He has over thirty-five years of experience and success in chemistry, polymer chemistry, and nanotechnology, involving research, teaching, and academic publishing with a strong interdisciplinary background. He is an international expert in nanomedicine and scholarly publications. Dr. Balogh held faculty positions at The Kossuth L. University, Debrecen, Hungary; University of Massachusetts, Lowell, MA; Michigan Molecular Institute, Midland, MI; University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI; and Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, NY. He has published 228 scientific papers, has delivered more than 250 invited lectures, and has been awarded 12 patents in chemistry, physics, nanotechnology, and nanomedicine. He is a Fulbright scholar, one of the five founders of the American Society for Nanomedicine, and a board member of many international organizations.
