S S Das

S. S. Das has been a professor of physical chemistry at the Department of Chemistry, DDU Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, UP, India for more than 30 years. His specializations are in the field of thermodynamics, polymer science, and solid-state chemistry. Prof. Das has authored 5 books on physical chemistry and polymer science, has published 80 research papers and reviews in journals of national and international repute, and has been a supervisor to  14 PhD students. He has been associated with a large number of academic bodies and is also an EC member of the Indian Thermal Analysis Society for 6 years.
