Tianli Duan

Tianli Duan received her BSc from the Shenyang University of Technology, China, in 2004, MSc from the Beijing University of Technology, China, in 2009, and PhD from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2015. She is an engineer with the South University of Science and Technology of China since 2015. Her current research interests include GaN power devices and high-k applications in CMOS.
