Mami Iima is a radiologist and assistant professor of diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine at the Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine and the Hakubi Center for Advanced Research, Kyoto University. She is an MD and a PhD and has published valuable articles about IVIM and diffusion MRI in the breast, and a comprehensive IVIM review. She has received several important awards for her contribution to the field of IVIM and diffusion MRI in oncology.
Christian Federau is a neuroradiologist and theoretical physicist and is working as an attending neuroradiologist at the University Hospital in Basel, Switzerland. He is an MD and has published many landmark articles on IVIM MRI in the brain. He has also been invited by the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM), USA, to teach on the subject.
Eric E. Sigmund is an MRI physicist and associate professor of radiology at New York University (NYU) School of Medicine within NYU Langone Health in New York City, USA. He is a PhD and a member of the Bernard and Irene Schwartz Center for Biomedical Imaging, the Center for Advanced Imaging and Innovation Research, and the Sackler Institute for Biomedical Sciences. He has published many landmark articles on IVIM MRI in the body and has been invited by ISMRM to teach on the subject.
