Victor Ryzhii

Victor Ryzhii is a principal researcher at the Institute of Ultra-High-Frequency Semi - conductor Electronics, Russia, and a visiting professor at the Research Institute of Electrical Communication, Tohoku University, Japan. He has authored or coauthored more than 400 research publications. Dr. Ryzhii has been a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (since 1987) and is also an IEEE and APS fellow.
